We are pleased to announce that the Wellness Connection has formed

relationship with Your Health Matters to offer additional preventative
health screenings. Your Health Matters offers preventative ultrasound
screenings for Carotid/Stroke Screenings, Abdominal Aorta, Arterial Leg,
Venous Leg, Heart Screening and Osteoporosis Screenings. These
screenings
can be brought to your organization along with the screenings
provided
