services for over 50 years in this community.

Wellness Connection is dedicated to saving lives through early
detection screenings, health education and support for
heart disease and cancer.

Your contribution may provide:

• an early detection screening for heart disease or cancer
• medications for the uninsured
• lifestyle management to prevent and manage disease
• support programs for those in need
