Our newly renovated
Wellness Center is located
at One Elizabeth Placed
Dayton, Ohio 45408, in the lower level of the
West Medical Plaza . The
center provides a safe and supportive
environment for everyone, even
for those who have been out of the
practice of regular exercise. Our staff
is trained to work with those with
health concerns, to ensure the safety
of our clients. The center has a
full range of exercise equipment including
treadmills, elliptical trainers,
recumbent bikes, nustep machines and strength
training equipment.
Members also have access to
nutritional counseling, health education classes
and holistic
therapies such as reflexology and
massage therapy.
We have full service locker rooms and full length lockers for securing personal items (must provide
own lock).
